Yeah, have been following this story today, Tush. Unbelievable, isn't it ? Can't begin to imagine what it must be like inside the head of a person who could do such a thing.

World Mourns Lost Girl I am still in shock with this mongrel (pardon the pun) -- there is NO excuse, this guy needed anger management - to throw HIS child over the bridge like that is .. I cant even think of the right word. Now he has a picture in his head of his daughter hanging on in fear for dear life -- thats HIS life sentence..

G'day Tushy,

I'm involved in a discussion on this topic in another place, and the message thread since this happened just three days ago has grown to nearly 600 messages. Lots of people expressing how they feel, which is completely understandable, but, as it stands, I think just three things about the case are known as of right now:

1. A young girl is dead
2. The girl's father is in police custody in relation to the death
3. He has been charged with murder

That's the sum of what anybody knows about this right now

Yeah I know George - he knows he was wrong once he did it, coz he went straight to the Courts and told them to take the kids -- supposedly he had had an argument with his ex on the phone prior to throwing the child

Alot of missing details and they all been tight lipped about it all - still no excuse to involve kids........

I find it difficult to feel anything at all about predictions such as that the federal budget will be down by $115 bn over the next four years:

Lead me to the person who can accurately and consistently tell me what's gonna happen in the next five minutes, then I'll perhaps be swayed to taking predictions of some years ahead more seriously.
